Option to not enforce required fields by status when importing records via an integration

What is the challenge?

• Currently when there are required fields for certain statuses, records without that field can fail to import from a development system such as Jira.

What is the impact?

• If users are not able to make that field required in the development system, many records might fail to import

• An option to not enforce the required fields for incoming records and rather only enforce the fields for records created or updated within Aha!
