Request to include Export to Excel option on an emailer

What is the challenge?

• We need the email scheduler have Sharing option with Export to Excel so that we ca use the excel for Automation purpose. CSV files are not easy to use for automation in our case when we need to update the status or update comments for each data extracted from Aha!

What is the impact?

• This will reduce a lot of our time in manually extracting and using them for Automation add a manual work involved and that can also be time consuming. We are supposed to send this email to leaders and the excel would be the right format for our automation. We have 3 managers (Malathi Shiva, Sridhar, Kasi) who have 4 team members each and we have to submit this report to our leaders. We are planning for an automation, but CSV file is quite complex rather than an excel
