Restrict Epics to be associated to an Initiative once Initiative hits a certain status

What is the challenge?

• Today we have multiple states in an Initiative - Discovery/Inception- Build- Complete- Closed. Once Initiative hits certain state eg: Complete, we would like to restrict Epics to be created/associated with it from Initiative layout or from Epic layout. Sometimes epics are associated even to closed initiatives.

What is the impact?

• Epics are wrongly associated and then its manual effort to clean up.
