Allow reviewers to open persona and competitor record details

What is the challenge?

• Reviewers are typically able to comment on records, but they do not appear to be able to open the record details drawer for personas or competitors.

• The More menu is missing from the top-right corner on those record types, so reviewers cannot access the drawer or related actions.

• This creates an inconsistent review experience compared with other record types where reviewers can access record details and complete review-related actions.
