Expose AI prompt library (instructions/agents) through the MCP server

What is the challenge?

• Custom instructions and agents saved in Ellie's AI prompt library aren't accessible to external AI tools connected through the Aha! MCP server. The MCP server can search and act on core records (features, ideas, epics, etc.) but has no visibility into saved AI prompt configurations.

What is the impact?

• Teams using both Elle and external AI tools (like Claude) end up maintaining the same instructions or logic in two separate places, once in Elle's prompt library and once as a Claude skill or repeated prompt. This creates duplicate work and risk of the two falling out of sync.

Describe your idea.

• Expose saved AI instructions and agents as retrievable data through the MCP server, so external AI tools can reference and apply the same logic teams have already built in Elle, without needing to recreate it elsewhere.
