Support additional HubSpot Company property mappings for Organizations

What is the challenge?

  • The HubSpot integration can map only a limited set of HubSpot Company fields to Organization fields in Aha! Ideas.

  • Additional HubSpot Company properties such as Revenue, Lifecycle Stage, and Industry do not appear in the HubSpot-side mapping dropdown, even when those properties are valid and available in HubSpot.

What is the impact?

  • Teams cannot sync important company data from HubSpot into organizations, which limits segmentation, reporting, and prioritization workflows.

  • The limitation can blocks teams who rely on HubSpot as their CRM source of truth.

    The HubSpot integration now supports mapping many fields between Aha! Organizations and HubSpot Companies. In the integration settings, go to the "Mappings" step and click the "Reload configuration" link at the bottom left. You should then see many HubSpot fields in the dropdown that you can map and that the integration will keep in sync.
