Enable Elle Chats to be a referenceable record type

• Elle chats contain important context that may be useful to future chats on similar subjects.

• Allow the entire chat session to saved as a record within Knowledge to enable future Elle sessions to reference those chats OR

• Allow chat sessions to be saved as memory against the workspace so future chats within the workspace can reference those older chat sessions and use it for context
