Automation to promote based on criteria

What is the challenge?

• have requests come in that really don't require triage or roadmapping and just need to go to the teams to investigate.

• We would like to just promote those from Idea to requirement on a trigger or timing and have them link to a feature at that time.

What is the impact?

• would really help us respond quicker to certain operational items.
