Add 'Users must log in with an Aha! account' option to submit-only portals

What is the challenge?

• Submit-only ideas portals don't have the "Users must log in with an Aha! account" option that private offer under Users → SSO. There's no way to enforce Aha! account login on this portal type.

What is the impact?

• Expect consistent login behavior across all their portals for employees. Without this setting on submit-only portals, you have to switch portal types

Describe your idea.

• Add the "Users must log in with an Aha! account" checkbox to submit-only portals, same as private and public portals already have. This would route users to account-level SSO or standard Aha! login instead of a separate portal account, keeping all three portal types consistent.
