Support creation of paid seat groups via API

What is the challenge?

• Admins who manage users and provisioning programmatically can work with many account settings through the API, but they cannot create paid seat groups there.

• This forces teams to leave automated provisioning workflows and configure paid seat groups manually in the UI.

What is the impact?

• Enterprise customers cannot fully automate user setup and access management for paid seats.

• Manual setup adds administrative overhead, slows onboarding, and increases the risk of configuration errors across larger accounts.

Describe your idea.

• Add API support to create paid seat groups.

• Ideally this would fit alongside existing user and account administration endpoints so customers can provision groups, apply the right seat configuration, and manage membership through their own automation workflows.
