Tag users in to-do descriptions

What is the challenge?

• At times, many users being assigned to a to-do will have a supporting counterpart that needs to be alerted the to-do is created. There is currently no ability to add a watcher to a to-do, and therefore impossible to tag another user upon creation of the to-do without having to fully create the record and then go back in to add a comment.

What is the impact?

• Users moving at a fast pace are forgetting to go back and leave comments. The ability to streamline tagging any users needing to be notified of a to-do upon creation would be more efficient.

Describe your idea.

• Create the ability to tag any aha user within the description of a to-do upon creation of that to-do record - this exists within any other record type in Aha.
