Optionally include ideas with comments in "My organizations" portal filter

What is the challenge?

• The current "My organization" filter on portals shows ideas that others at my organization have voted on. In portals that lean on comments and discussion, I would also like to see ideas that others at my organization have commented on.

What is the impact?

• If others at my org are discussing certain ideas, even without adding their vote, I may be interested in joining the discussion or reviewing what they have shared about their own use cases.

Describe your idea.

• Add an additional filter or optional setting to enable including ideas with comments from other org users.
