Use workspace favorites for workspace filtering

What is the challenge?

• Users with access to many workspaces can find it difficult to quickly locate the workspaces they want when using workspace filters on e.g., dashboards.

What is the impact?

• Finding the right workspace can become time-consuming, especially for users who are unaware that they can search for a specific workspace by typing in the name and instead scroll through the endless list of available workspaces in the filter to select their preferred one.

Describe your idea.

• Users can set workspace favorites under the workspace toggle. Allow users to leverage their workspace favorites also in workspace filters by displaying the favorites at the top of the workspace filter dropdowns. This would enable quick access to frequently used workspaces without requiring users to scroll though extensive lists or search for workspaces by typing in the name manually.
