Introduce general share options for Discovery studies and interviews

What is the challenge?

• as by default all internal users will have viewer rights for most of our product lines and workspace any kind of studies and interviews in these would also be visible.

• As this also includes Personal data there might be some requirements as to restrictions of view an edit rights for these due to the fact that this is not information given by a specific consent by customers / customer users.

What is the impact?

• Explicite management of view and editing rights on basis of studies and interviews to comply with legal requirements

Describe your idea.

• Introduce sharing option like on list views to be able to define view and editing permissions on either workspace level or even for explicite users.
