Expand API support for incremental synchronization and change tracking

What is the challenge?

• Customers replicating Aha! data into external systems need efficient ways to identify created, updated, and deleted records.

• Some entities do not consistently support capabilities such as:

  • Account-level updated_since endpoints

  • updated_at fields

  • Single-record retrieval by ID

  • Parent-child relationship metadata (associated type/ID)

  • Audit records for change and deletion tracking

What is the impact?

• Customers must perform full data scans, additional API calls, or custom reconciliation logic to keep external systems synchronized with Aha!.

Describe your idea.

• Provide more consistent support for incremental synchronization across entities, including:

  • Account-level updated_since APIs

  • updated_at fields

  • Single-record GET endpoints by ID

  • Parent-child relationship metadata in API responses and audit records

  • Audit coverage for create, update, and delete events
