Allow adding a comment field as a custom field

What is the challenge?

• We have certain fields that we use to collect updates (for example, to RAG status), which we're using a note field for. We want to keep a record of previous updates, but enable easy reading of the field, especially in reports. We've been adding the new updates to the top of the field, but that makes the data cluttered. Now we're looking at copying the old status into a comment, but that's cumbersome as well.

What is the impact?

• Challenging to pull together useful reports for leadership, annoyance for teams using Aha leading to reduced adoption.

Describe your idea.

• I'd like to be able to add a custom field for comments (or a custom tab so that there is more than one comment tab). This would enable pulling only the most recent comment into reports while easily showing the history of comments. Having more than one comment field would allow the default comment field to be used for discussion within the team, questions, etc, while separating out the comments that are to be reported to leadership as the status reporting.
