Mark required fields in a feature card regardless of which feature screen

What is the challenge?

• Our teams cannot quickly/easily spot required fields because the fields are not marked with a * when they copy a feature.

What is the impact?

• A lot of fields left blank.

Describe your idea.

• Mark the required fields with a star. But, there's no need to block saving changes to the feature card if not all required fields are filled in. Sometimes they create a feature before they can fill in all the info---It's just important to somehow highlight stuff that's required but is missing. Maybe mark the field with a * and if the value is blank, put a red square around the field.
