Support moving AI requests, instructions, and agents to workspaces where the user has contributor access

What is the challenge?

• Currently, moving AI requests, instructions, or agents, requires the user to have Owner permissions in the destination workspace.

What is the impact?

• Adds friction in knowledge sharing, discourages reuse of valuable AI assets across teams, and creates a bottleneck.

• Granting Owner-level access to move these assets increases the risk of errors or misconfigured settings, slowing the distribution of useful content.

Describe your idea.

• Allow anyone who has contributor access in a workspace to be able to add/move AI assets (currently requests, instructions, agents) to that workspace.
