To import only certain GitHub issue types into Aha!, customers must use constant mapping. But GitHub can have many more issue types than Aha! can map. When all issue types aren't mapped all issue types are set to the default issue type.
This creates potential clutter, inaccurate mappings, and no simple way to exclude irrelevant issue types like bugs.
If a user doesn't use the "Constant" field then a user in Github will need to manually select the issue types after it's been created, which creates a lot of overhead and manual effort
Let customers easily setup which GitHub issue types to sync and map only those into Aha! while leaving irrelevant issue types unsynced.
Hi, I see this still in future consideration. Any progress or any guess when this will be tackled?
