Some customers using PowerPoint export need shared content to remain secure and accessible only to Aha! users or to users authenticated with SSO.

Currently PowerPoint export only works with publicly accessible shared webpages, which results in some customers being unable to use the feature due to security or compliance requirements.

Support a secure way to export shared content to PowerPoint without requiring public access, or provide an alternative approach for authenticated sharing.

The data being synchronized to Aha! is classified as Internal. While the information does not contain highly sensitive or regulated data, unauthorized disclosure could present competitive, operational, or reputational risks if accessed by competitors, former employees, or other unauthorized parties.
The proposed add-on requires published webpages to be accessible to anyone with the link and does not require authentication through Single Sign-On (SSO) or an application login. As a result, access to the content is controlled solely through possession of the URL rather than user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
From a cybersecurity perspective, this increases the risk of unauthorized access, as links may be shared, forwarded, or otherwise exposed outside of intended audiences. Therefore, any Internal data made available through this capability exposes the resulting risks that aligns with organizational security and data governance requirements.
