What is the challenge?
To track my time, i need to add a user story under a Feature, but we have independent user stories and bugs that do not belong to any feature and we would like to track that without the extra step top create a feature.
What is the impact?
More work needed to create a simple bug or a task or a independent user story.

Allow us to create a User Story, Task, and Bug without creating the Feature first.

I am saddened that AHA has this limitation for developers. The use cases apply to any development team and not to a product management team. For my team in Komatsu I will look for a solution to fit our needs. Thank you very much for your clarification.
Thanks for the suggestion. We are not planning to implement the ability to create requirements independently without a parent feature.
In Aha!, requirements are designed to live under features. If you need to capture a smaller piece of work, you can create a feature first and then convert it into a requirement.
