Identify when a record is a copy or has been cloned

What is the challenge?

• Users create records using the "Copy" feature but it creates an issue with the existing meta date.

What is the impact?

• Not all the fields are editable, so the admin needs to modify the layout, and clear one by one, then locked again the layout. We have an automation clear the values, but it is manually triggered

Describe your idea.

• If the record is a copy, and there is a field or an attribute to identify it, we could create an automation rule that clears all the existing data without the need of manual intervention.
