At the moment, you have access to 'history' of a published knowledge base article that shows you anything that's been added in green and removed in red. But, this view is only available in the tool itself and the tracked changes cannot be exported. This a challenge for companies who offer OEM solutions and customers who then look to rebrand and rewrite documentation to their own branding and marketing styles. To enable customers to efficiently do this, we need to be able to share clear tracked changes so they can also update their own documents in line with our changes.
Customers are unable to see tracked changes to documents if there is no feature to export this from the back end which leads to risk of having out of date information. This also means that our own internal teams need to download pdfs from the backend, compare to the tracked changes in Aha and manually highlight all the changes in the pdf to share with customers.
Enable export of tracked changes from the history/backend of an article published in the knowledge base. Ideally should be able to export in both word and pdf versions.
