My notification preferences: offer weekly option

What is the challenge?

• currently in notification preferences an Aha User can only select instant, hourly or daily which might spam the mailbox and users might tend to turn it off

What is the impact?

• being spammed by too many mails might annoy users and turning off notifications might result in missing out on important tasks. Offering weekly emails might be a good option for many users
