Add Workstream and Key Tactic fields as an option in the history report

What is the challenge?

When the Key Tactic field on a Workstream record is changed, that update is not available as a field option in the history report. This makes it difficult to track when the Key Tactic selection was updated over time.

What is the impact?

Teams cannot audit changes to strategic alignment on Workstreams, which reduces visibility into planning decisions and makes reporting less reliable. It also creates extra manual work for anyone trying to understand when or why a Workstream was re-aligned to a different Key Tactic. In our case, changes to the Key Tactic field can also break our integration with TalentBook, and without a visible history it is harder to identify the source and timing of those issues. That can directly affect people managers’ ability to allocate resources against the correct workstream.

Describe your idea.

Add the Workstream’s Key Tactic field as an available option in the history report so changes to that field can be tracked and reported. This should let teams see when the selected Key Tactic was added, removed, or changed, just like other important field updates in record history.

This should also apply for history on other record types like epics.
