What is the challenge?
Our Aha Idea portal lets employees submit enhancement requests - their own and on behalf of customers.
Logging into the portal has been a persistent friction point, especially for Sales, who submit Ideas infrequently and lose time navigating a tool they rarely use.
Friction means good ideas go uncaptured: requests get deferred, logged with thin detail, or never submitted at all.
The portal users I'm referring to are not full Aha license holders.
What is the impact?
We run dozens of tools. Claude as a central interaction layer lets submitters create ideas without context-switching into Aha.
Claude can interview the submitter before submission - prompting for more details about the problem, affected customers, and desired outcome - so ideas arrive better-scoped and triage-ready.
Lower submission friction raises capture rate and surfaces customer-driven signal that currently gets lost, particularly from Sales.
Describe your idea.
Enable Idea creation through the Aha MCP server for portal users, so they can submit and enrich Ideas conversationally via Claude.
I neglected to log in before submitting the Idea. This is my idea.
