As a workspace owner, I need the access to change the weights used in scorecard. Merged

What is the challenge?

• workspace owner is not able to control the weights in the scorecard applied to the workspace.

• score card equation for example 3 x Customer value + 2 x Revenue opportunity + 1 x Strategic alignment

• workspace owner (product manager) has a need to change the weight of each metric in the scorecard for different stage of product lifecycle

What is the impact?

• workspace owner always needs to rely on Aha admin for the change.

Describe your idea.

• Introduce workspace level variables. The variable can be inherited from workspace line and be overwritten by workspace owner.

• the variables can be added to scorecard equation.

• changing the variable will update the score calculation at workspace level or at workspace line level.
