Comment replies in the portal should allowing pasting images

What is the challenge?

• If i start a new post, or make a comment, I can paste an image from my clipboard, but not if i reply to a comment. its the same text box but doesn't allow pasting a comment

What is the impact?

• image is a worth a thousand words and is often needed to respond to a comment, but you can't

• need to be able to paste images in a reply to a comment on a post
