Issue with remaining work

What is the challenge?

• it appears that calculating remaining estimates doesn't continue to update if the story changes state.

What is the impact?

• inaccurate progress

Describe your idea.

• Fix it so its not looking at historical changes but references the requirements and what is outstanding and existing.
  
  For example i close an item with effort and then move that item to a new feature the estimate never removes from the calculation to show what that feature has. Also if an item is accidently closed it doesn't update
