Show dates in chat list and date/time in chats

What is the challenge?

When people browse the chat list, there is no clear date shown for each conversation. When they open a chat, messages do not clearly show both the date and time, which makes it hard to understand when conversations happened.

What is the impact?

Teams reviewing past conversations cannot quickly scan for recent or older chats. This slows follow-up work, creates confusion during handoffs, and makes it harder to use chat history as a reliable record.

Update the chat list so each chat shows a date. Update the chat view so messages show both the date and time. Use a clear and consistent timestamp format so people can scan conversation history quickly across the list and within each chat.
