Surface Idea Watchers as filter option like Feature Watchers

What is the challenge?

• I want to be able to filter my idea board to include select items in others' workspaces that I intend to collaborate on, but that belongs to another team ownership wise

• I have marked myself as a watcher so that I get updates

• I want to see these watched ideas on my ideas board so that I can track their state/status, and actively work on them while keeping a focused view

• The Ideas board filter functionality does not surface Idea Watchers as a filter option (though I do see a similar option for Feature Watchers)

What is the impact?

• I either need to view a board with the full combined workspaces, which provides a very cluttered view, or

• Use tags as a clunky alternative to tag the specific tickets I want to see, but then each watcher would need to do the same, creating a cluttered tag namespace and detracting from that feature's value

• Surface the Watchers field of Ideas as a filter option just as the Feature Watchers are already surfaced
