Allow liking a threaded comment reply

What is the challenge?

• In threaded comment in Aha it is only possible to "like" the top-level comment, it is not possible to "like" a comment reply

What is the impact?

• It means I need to write a textual reply to the reply, which clutters up the discussion, when a simple "like" is all I would have needed.

Describe your idea.

• The existing "Like" functionality should be extended to comment replies, not just top-level comments.
