Add Watcher filter on Initiatives

What is the challenge?

• As a Product Leader or any persona, I want to be able to add a filter on list or pivot report and filter by watchers.

What is the impact?

• Some of stakeholders are getting lot of emails and we would like to clear them as watchers.

Describe your idea.

• I would like to create a report which shows watchers and provide flexibility to add filter by watchers. Today that filter is greyed out.
