Add the ability to have fiscal years numbered by year ending as well as year beginning

What is the challenge?

• Our organization has a fiscal year that runs Feb-Jan and is numbered by the calendar year the fiscal year ends. Aha only allows numbering by the year the fiscal calendar begins.

What is the impact?

• Our organization is unable to use the fiscal calendar features in Aha.

• Implement a setting to control whether fiscal years are numbered by year ending or year beginning, or allow editing of fiscal period names once the calendar is generated.
