Link to idea within ideas portal from the promoted record

What is the challenge?

  • Product Managers work within Aha! Roadmaps and customer facing roles may only have access to ideas portals. PMs need to share links to the ideas in the portal with their field teams. But today that takes knowledge and extra clicks to go to the portal tab on the idea to copy the right link. And if you are on the feature, it is even more knowledge and clicks.

What is the impact?

  • PMs share the wrong links with field teams, resulting in frustration and confusion, as well as lost time.

  • Add an obvious way on the idea and feature to share a link to the idea in a portal.

    Good news! Now you can easily copy portal links to ideas right from the research tab. For example, open a feature, go to the research tab, and copy a portal link for each promoted idea.
