Similar ideas to open in new tab

What is the challenge?

• When submitting a new idea in the portal, it shows similar ideas already created. When clicking on one of these ideas, it opens in the same tab and not a new one.

What is the impact?

• One could mistakenly close the tab if the proposed similar idea is not fitting. This would not happen if the similar idea is opened in a new tab.
