What is the challenge?

• Elle has no context of the people you work. It does not know your manager's communication style, what your direct reports own, or how to frame a message differently for your CEO vs. your engineering lead.

What is the impact?

• Product managers tailor communication constantly. The same update is framed differently for a VP (outcome-focused) vs. an engineer (implementation-focused) vs. a customer success lead (impact-focused). Without people awareness, Elle produces generic output that you have to manually adjust for each audience.

Describe your idea.

• Elle knows every user in your Aha! account (name, role, workspace access) and uses your profile's manager and direct reports fields to understand org structure.

• When you specify an audience ("write this for my VP" or "draft an update for my CEO"), Elle adjusts register, depth, and framing accordingly.

• Meeting prep considers who will be in the room.
