Elle can see record history

What is the challenge?

• Elle can read the current state of any record but cannot see how it got there. It has no visibility into status transitions, field changes, comments, or edits over time.

What is the impact?

• Common questions during triage, 1:1s, and sprint planning go unanswered:

  • "What happened to this feature since last week?"

  • "How long has this been in review?"

  • "Who changed the priority?"

• Without history, Elle cannot detect stalled work or summarize recent activity on a record.

Describe your idea.

• Elle can access the audit history for any record, including status transitions, field changes, comments, and edits with timestamps and authors.

• You can ask questions like "when did this move to In development?" or "summarize what changed this week."

• Elle can also calculate how long a record has been in a given status and flag records that appear stuck.
