Roadmap Drafts - for Stakeholder Review and Approvals

What is the challenge?

• We need the ability to make changes to a roadmap in draft form prior to making final changes to an agreed-to roadmap.

What is the impact?

• We don't have a way to move epics around prior to a stakeholder review to show different epics and Epic priorities for those assigned to releases and those parking lot items that have moved up in priority.

Describe your idea.

• Have a Draft View feature on Epics tab. Allow users to move Epics around, save a draft and share drafts. Add an Approve Draft button to apply the Epic view per release as final. A stretch goal would be to have a workflow to route drafts for review, commenting and allow reviewers to edit drafts, with workflow finishing on the Approve draft roadmap button.
