Creating and maintaining related links is a manual process. When a field on an epic is set or updated, the user must remember to navigate to its Related tab and manually add the corresponding link, which is time consuming and error-prone. In our case, we need this specifically for organizations as we have custom fields that look up organizations. When an organization is added or removed from the custom field, the user must remember to create or remove the related link.
Because related links must be maintained manually, they are frequently missed and can easily fall out of sync. For teams managing a large number of epics, this ongoing overhead creates a significant and unnecessary burden.
Extend automation to support Organizations and automatically adding or removing a related link when an organization is added to or removed from a custom field. This would eliminate the need for manual intervention, reduce errors, and ensure related links remain accurate and up to date.
