Provide Ask Elle in advanced filter modal

What is the challenge?

• In the advanced filter modal there is no option to "Ask Elle" to create a fitler.

What is the impact?

• You must add filters directly in the report UI to utilize "Ask Elle"

Describe your idea.

• Add the "Ask Elle" option to the advanced report modal.
