Include embeded pdf as consents when sending invitations emails

What is the challenge?

• Consents cannot be shared in the invitation emails. Terms and conditions should be able to be sent in the invite emails for userst to be aware of portal usage.

What is the impact?

• We cannot submit consent from the tool, it requires a ad hoc procedure for getting the consent from users
