There are two team members involved when we close a release and "Launch" ideas that are promoted to an epic in that release: one person that actually closes the releases and another that drafts and posts the admin responses. We create custom admin messages for each Launching idea that includes content about the functionality that is being released and a link to our community/knowledge center for the customer to get more info. Both administrators have to coordinate timing of the admin message being posted and the release closing so we can get the communications to be "close" together (we strive to have it occur in the same few hour timeframe, not literally at the same time).
Reduction in manual efforts and coordinating between program administrators with differing schedules and priorities.
It would be great if there was a way for us to draft and store an admin message (created by one team member) to post only via automation when the status changes (by another team member).
