Zendesk Bug promotion straight to Roadmap Parking Lot

What is the challenge?

• I want to be able to promote bugs from Zendesk directly to my Roadmap parking lot and bypass the need for the idea portal or the Develop team.

What is the impact?

• Additional workload to push bugs to the idea portal and then promote to a workspace. Rather than having the same workflow used for Develop used in Roadmaps and pushed to a parking lot.

Describe your idea.

• As a Product Manager, I want to be able to promote or push zendesk bugs directly to a workspace parking lot, (Similar to the workflow of Develop), so that I can manage my bugs for my product and refine the bug before I push the feature to the development team. This will also allow me to add these bugs to my release to measure capacity and create visibility to my customers of what bugs opened as a zendesk ticket are being resolved.
