Integrate Aha! Discovery with Fireflies

What is the challenge?

• Teams use AI notetaker Fireflies for video and transcript recordings from meetings. This is valuable especially where the team does not own the meeting tool/recording, or the meeting is in-person. Aha! Discovery does not currently have a native integration with Fireflies.

What is the impact?

• Teams that use Fireflies for video and transcript recordings are unable to automatically import these into Aha! Discovery as interviews. This must be done via a manual upload either one-at-a-time or in bulk via the Import interviews feature.
