read only AI agents

What is the challenge?

• we have crafted personal agents that are only able to read records, but they are not accessible to users who are not contributors. these same agents are only available to the user who create and cannot be leveraged by other team members.

What is the impact?

• leaders who have review access are not able to use read only agents to help assess quality of information; duplicative effort is required to create the agents in each individual personal space (not even admins can help).

Describe your idea.

• make read only agents available to reviewers; also make it so that we can add to the library so that each user doesn't have to create their own personal agent that is duplicative of one that already exists in our account.
