Allow 'view as' in portal

What is the challenge?

• When you're in the portal, you see the ideas based on your visibility. It would be helpful to understand what a customer sees. I'd like to see what the portal looks like as a user where some ideas are hidden because I'm not an employee.

What is the impact?

• It's easy to skip the 'change visibility' step, and users often forget that others can't see what they see. It's an important QA step.

Describe your idea.

• Admins would have a drop down menu to "view as user", which could also allow user to select an organization to understand that view.
