Allow Aha! users to access ideas portals they do not have workspace access to

What is the challenge?

• Security policy requires all internal employees to use their Aha! user account to access ideas portals. Portal user accounts are not permitted.

• Security policy also requires that access to workspace data is limited, except for owners and contributors

What is the impact?

• Users need to capture an idea, but can not access the correct ideas portal because they do not have permission to view the workspace with their Aha! account

• Within Aha! Roadmaps, provide a list of available ideas portals for Aha! users to select from, without providing access to the connected workspace
