While using the new capability to add/exclude row or column totals in pivot tables, if I skip a row total, the system is taking the last field in my pivot cells and changing the color to light gray.
This somehow signs that's a total, that could visually confuse stakeholders.
Double check the UX designs to only apply the light gray color background when a total is flagged by the report designer.
Thanks for reporting this. We fixed the pivot report styling so cells no longer show total formatting when row or column totals are turned off.
