Enable work request notifications by role

What is the challenge?

• You can set individual users to receive notifications when work requests are sent to the workspace, but you are unable to see users' roles or select overall by workspace role. This would be particularly useful when applying a workspace template. If you have a template applied across workspaces, each workspace will likely require a different set of users be notified of work requests.

What is the impact?

• Adding a role-based selection would allow make this notification option more helpful for teams using workspace templates.

Describe your idea.

• Allow users to select "contributors" and/or "owners" for example, so that when a template is applied, the user set will be defined based on role, and not a static set of individuals.
